Founded in 1992, this family owned and operated business began as a service to the local members of the community church.
In 1995, three years after start up, EVERNEW Lawn Care was providing services throughout the Windsor& Essex County area, to both residential and commercial clients alike. With full and part-time staff, satisfied customers became the cornerstone for this growing business.
In 2003, a new focus began with the owners of EVERNEW. The direction of the company turned to the Rental Market. Acquiring real estate to manage and rent to residential tenants soon replaced the efforts of growing the Lawn Care& Landscaping clientele.
In 2010 EVERNEW successfully negotiated a merger with one of Essex County’s largest and most experienced maintenance companies. Expanding EVERNEW’s capacity to provide greater service to a larger service area has been the net result of this acquisition.
Today, EVERNEW is positioned to fuse both aspects of maintenance and management. Efforts are being made to raise the awareness of the services that are available to both the residential and commercial grounds keeping market, while at the same time, being provided to landlords across the region. We are excited to manage more than $10mil in rental property, offering housing to more than 200 residents.
With services ranging from exterior maintenance, lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal to interior maintenance, plumbing, electrical, renovations, and cleaning, our office staff will find the solutions you need, and deliver in a timely fashion, every time!
